Mar 15, 2010 - Last Grandma Visit

We were happy to have one last opportunity to visit with our grandparents before we leave for language/culture training in Colorado. We were blessed to have a great dinner, and lots of time to spend with our new niece Sophie. Children are such a blessing. Nothing can occupy a room full of aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents like a 10 month old baby. We watched her for hours. God shows His beauty in all of His creation!

Jan 14, 2009 - Sprewell Bluff

Tuesday we drove out to Sprewell Bluff. More beautiful views. The park has the honor system at this time of year. You drive down to the park and are on your honor to pay the $3 for a daily pass. The sand is red and has a diamond dust twinkle. Very well kept. On our drive back there was a brave, we believe, turkey vulture in the middle of the road. It wasn't in any hurry. I took this through the truck windshield. Wednesday we are heading for Robertsdale Alabama. This is in southern AL midway between Mobile and Pensacola.
