We reach the top! It was breath taking! The sun rose over the hill top horizon and it's first rays broke against my face and I was in tears. My eyes welled up and I felt the warming rays of the sun touch my face. I was sore, tire, aching, exhausted but it had been worth every sinful step and moment. I sat on the rocks of the top Plato and took in the incredible scenery, breathing in the mountain air, watching the birds fly by, watching the sun rise and feeling the atmosphere of peace, and holiness all around me. Apr 16, 2012 - The climb of a lifetime

Ok, it has been busy since the Pyramids, but Hard to get on line. So here goes. We visited the old city of Cairo and checked out the Hanging Church, the church of the Holy family and went to the Church of the apparition which 1 million people saw Mary above the church. They all had their differences and unique qualities. The Hanging Church is built over the towers of a roman fort, that was originally Egyptian. The Holy Fakily Church recognizes that it is in the are a of where the Holy Family would have stayed when traveling through Cairo...
