Jun 14, 2014 - A quiet day

After several days of exploring we thought we would have a quiet day. After doing a shop in the morning(the grocery stores in Denmark are far better than in Germany)it was such a lovely day we decided to do one of the local walks from the campground. It was a lovely walk through the countryside and then along the sea shore. Of course the "children" had to stop and have an ice cream (Daisy's favourite rest stop!)before heading back to the campground.

Jun 10, 2014 - Into Denmark

We headed north once again. This time we crossed into Denmark and headed to a campground near the town of Haderslev but on the coast at a small place called Arosund. We had contacted them and they said they could accommodate our “big rig”. The roads to the campground were no problem and the entrance wide and easy to manoeuvre. However their normal pitches were a little short for us although large width ways so in the end they agreed that there would be no problem in us parking parallel across two pitches.
