Travelers on an Adventure by (Tom & Deb) travel blog

The weather has been pretty splendid over the last couple weeks.

We have made several trips to the beaches that are nearby. They are very busy this time of year, often times it’s nearly impossible to find a place to park. But we have had fun, found many neat and interesting shells, plus several smaller sized sharks teeth.

We took a longer day trip to South to Bonita Springs to look at some other RV Parks down in that area. One of the parks is run by Patty & George Moulton, formerly of Moretown VT. We had a nice visit with them and enjoyed the guided tour of the park on the golf cart with George. While in the area we took Bentley over to the dog beach. The water was warm, and maybe about 10 inches or so deep in the lagoon area where they are allowed to romp free off leash. There were about 50 other dogs there with their owners and all got also well. Bentley seemed a bit shy at first with so many other dogs around, but her quickly warmed up, made friends, and had a great time!

With the good weather, we spent several days, working a little at a time, to wash and wax the entire bus. Key to that is a little at a time...!

The other big project has been getting ready for our VT trip. Mmmm packing a suitcase for zero degree weather....

Looking forward to seeing family, especially our new grand daughter.
