A quaint little village is Little Bedwyn, with thatched roofed houses and buildings dating back to the mid 1800's. The old horse stables with a boar's head on top of the wind vane and the big bonfire in the village green ready for bonfire night.
The Church is covered in flint and looks very pretty. To our surprise it was open so we had a look inside..
This Church spire is 800 years old and was struck down by lightning in 1963 so has been replaced.

The leaves are looking very beautiful now they are turning. As we walked under the trees along the tow path we were crunching the leaves that have already fallen to the ground.
