|Yesterday was an indoor day as it poured with rain nearly all day.
So today we walked up to the bus stop and caught the bus into town. We went to the museum and spent a couple of hours wandering around there.
It's a very interesting museum - lots of fossils and bits and pieces of crockery etc dug up from the old abbey and surrounding buildings.
The Abbey was founded by King Henry 1 in 1121 and became one of the largest and wealthiest abbeys in England.
It holds a replica of the Bayeaux Tapestry (which isn't a tapestry at all - it's embroidery)
