|We're now back in the Marina which is quite big and the people are very friendly. The only problem is the long mile and a half walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road.
We got ourselves settled in this morning and then took off into town. Mainly on a small shopping trip - I needed some wool and craft stuff and Tony needed a new pair of waterproof shoes.
It started raining while we were heading for the craft shop which took us through the gardens so we rushed through and didn't stop to do much sightseeing. I took a couple of pics on the way back and we will have a much better look around next visit.
After lunch at Marks and Spencer Cafe we went in search of shoes, which we found relatively easily. And with a half price sale on we got a bargain. By the time we made it back to the marina it was 4.30 - luckily it is now staying lighter much longer.
