So it is now Wednesday 22 so time for an update me thinks.

When last you heard we were in Byron's Bay getting down with the kids. We left there on Sunday heading for Noosa. It was a short drive and we set off early so arrived at around lunch time. Camp site was right on the river front and very close to where we were due to be picked up from for our Fraser Island 4x4 adventure on Tuesday. We walked into Noosaville and spent the afternoon in the Sailing Club listening to a band and having a few beers in the sunshine. Nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

On Monday we went for a day out at Australia Zoo, founded by Steve Irwin's Mum and Dad. The place is now a memorial to Steve. However, as zoos go, it was pretty good. We didn't need the mid-day down pour that stranded us under a tree for 20 minutes though. After that, the sun came out and we had a lovely day walking around and enjoying some of the croc shows - they scare the **** out of me!

Fraser Island tomorrow :)
