They do make things besides chain saws!

We docked in Warnemunde, Germany at 6:00 AM. Of the 11 tours available onboard 7 of them required a total time of 11.75 hours to go to Berlin and return. We decided to do our own tour to Schwerin to see the Schwerin Castle. Mark and Deb had checked out the train schedules and the train station was an easy walk from the Ship. We managed to get there and back without any problems.

Some of the official tours, however, were not so lucky. All the Berlin tours were scheduled to start at 6:00 or so but there was a problem getting Immigration documents signed and all these tours were delayed until 7:30 or so. That delayed our departure time as well, but there was no problem getting back on schedule.

The Schwerin Castle was interesting but there was construction going on the exterior so the pictures were not that great. We included a number of pictures from the Internet.

Enjoy the Pictures Ron and Carmen
