Another perfect drive through more lush green rolling hills of Scotland & England. Stopped for the night at the Shap Wells BnB in the Cumbria area of Central North Western England. Built in approx 1833 located in an area several miles off the main roads. 1 lane traffic for about 3 miles of nail biting drive. We were lucky as we were able to spend the nite in be if the Bath House rooms. A delicious dinner while overlooking the valley.

The next morning (with Joanne's big smile on) we made our way to Stoke on Trent for Portmeirion pottery shopping. Toured their factory store and Joanne added several great pieces to her dinnerware set. Headed out for another great country drive to Shrewsbury for our night in the Citadel Castle. WOW what an awesome setting. Met a great couple from London and the four of us went for dinner at the Fox n Hound pub in town.

A perfect nights sleep, an awesome Full English breakfast and then carried on our drive through Shropshire Hills of central Wales. OMG what an amazingly breath taking drive. Enjoy the photos and more tomorrow as our trip quickly comes to an end.
