Enjoying butterflies

After a relaxing morning of sitting on the shoreline of the lake reading a book, we decided to have a quick lunch and head out to Callaway Gardens, a 6500 acre resort complex in Pine Mountain, GA. We stopped at the butterfly exhibits, then stopped at a lovely chapel where we sat in silence to meditate and pray. We found the country store where we bought stone ground grits and apple butter. By this time we were famished so we had lunch at the country restaurant. Mike and I decided to take a chance on a fried green tomato sandwich. So good!!

Headed back to campsite. Sat outside to soak up the scenery before we have to head out to Savannah, Ga tomorrow morning.

Photos to follow.
