After being bed ridden for nearly a week with "Bali Belly", we were itching to do something adventurous! So, we headed up to the mountainous interior of Bali to do some white water rafting! The river started in Bali's highest peaks. It was absolutely beautiful. Everything was so lush and so green. We were in awe at how beautiful the rice terraces are. So perfectly manicured. They even have little tiny huts on them so that the farmers can take breaks during the day.

The rafting was awesome! The river was flowing nicely and the scenery was beautiful! It was even hard at times to concentrate at the task because you couldn't help but look around. We rafted for 12 KM, about 2 hours and plunged down a couple of 12 foot waterfalls! That was fun! We had a great time, we can't wait to do it again!

We posted as many pix as we could. The internets are terribly slow!
