a sleepy, laid-back gringo gathering spot in northern Chile. This oasis village with a pleasant tree-lined plaza offers a delightful bit of green and an addicting feel of laziness. We checked-in at the cozy B&B Incahuasi, explored the village and had a tasty late lunch at La Estaka (wow the prices here are high compared to Bolivia!). That eve we spent at "home" chatting and drinking red wine.
Got up at 6 am to bike into the Valle de La Luna (15km west of San Pedro) for sunrise. The rest of the day I chilled out, took the nightbus to Arica at 8:45 pm.
