Saturday, fine morning, 10.0am depart on trip to Fishguard, catching ferry to Rosslare, Ireland. Leaving Tenby we travel onto the A477 through Pembrokeshire countryside, through Milton, past Pembroke to our left, crossover Milton Haven estuary with views of the Pembroke Dock area - oil refinery and boat harbours; past Neyland,through the countryside onto A4076 to Haverfordwest onto the A40 to Fishguard.

A two hour stopover, visit the Saturday food market hall, view the longest tapestry in the world at the Library; walkabout the town; call at a local gallery; viewed pottery and paintings; Sue had a good chat- the owner knew Joe Finch, a potter from the eighties. A visit to the Food Cooperative Store, buy some lunch items to have on the ferry crossing.
