I find London Heathrow quite efficient for such a busy airport, well, terminal 4, where most flights originating from Aus & NZ arrive. Disembarked, through customs, collect our baggage and alls well by 7.30am. We now wait around for the arrival of our two tour coaches for 90 plus people departing at 8.30am. This is a reunion for most of us, as the two drivers are Mike and Andy, our drivers from the 2012 choir tour. Great guys! So on time the coaches head off on the M4 and A46 to Bath for a two hour stopover.

Bath, of course, was set up by the Romans as a spa resort with hot springs in the 1st Century. We've visited here before and viewed the Baths, the Abbey, Pulteney Bridge over the Avon River and the park alongside. Today we had lunch at * Pret A Manger *, an excellent eatery throughout UK, then onto shop browsing including buying a UK sim card at Carphone Warehouse for my iPhone.

A pleasant stopover with most buildings/houses built of limestone blocks, quite unique. So onward to Exeter.
