Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum

We seem to have settled in. We are still in Anniston, Alabama. Today, we drive forty-five minutes west to the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. WOW!

The museum is located east of Birmingham. Even if you are not into motorcycles, this is a museum worth visiting.

The museum is a unique facility, offering motorsport enthusiasts an opportunity to view an extraordinary collection of motorcycles and cars. It is a beautifully designed architectural wonder.

Inside, you feel as if you are in a glass enclosed building. It is definitely an “open floor plan.” The elevator is worth the cost of admission.

The museum presently houses a collection of over 1,350 motorcycles spanning over 100 years. There are over 700 bikes on display at any one time.

Adjacent to the museum is a motorsports park. The challenging 2.38 mile road course is considered by many to be the best of the best.

This is a great museum!
