Most of you know that surfers are very territorial when it comes to waves, and they always protect secret spots. So following in that tradition we just lumped a few truly amazing surf spots into the "Oaxaca Surf" section. This is a wave-rich stretch of coast, and with a little luck one could find even more spots like these.

All of Mexico is a special place for a surfer to travel, but the states of Oaxaca and Michoacan are truly world class. In this part of Mex, every day, winter or summer, is warm enough to not need a wetsuit. In San Diego we need some kind of wetsuit most of the year. Couple that with great winds, smaller crowds, and lots of waves and you have a recipe for fun surfing.
