I went out at 5.30am for an early morning cache hunt & logged a couple in the woods around the rest area. As it is our grandson Sebastian's birthday today we moved across to the McDonalds car park & bought a couple of little toastie things while we used their wifi to Skype him.

After a brief video call we were on the road again to Helsingborg on the West coast. I wanted to see if it would be cheaper to take the ferry across to Denmark from there or to go on down the coast & cross back on the bridge at Malmo. We did stop off at IKEA on the outskirts for a fifty pence coffee & cinnamon bun each plus the use of their wifi. I did get a couple of geocaches while Viv went to the supermarket. I had to borrow a step ladder to get to the top of a pole in order to get one of them(See photo of helpful workman with ladder).

Then it was down to the ferry terminal only to find out that it would be cheaper to drive down to Malmo & cross back to Denmark there so that's what we did. We arrived at the camp site in the middle of Copenhagen about 1.30pm to find that it was just a fenced off corner of a large open car park. It did have some nice new toilet/shower units plus electrical hookups included in the £30/night charge as well as being close to the central area.

We went for a walk into the city after lunch but it started to rain after a while & we ended up getting wet so made an early return to the camp site to dry off & have a hot shower. The rain cleared later & we had a nice sunny evening. I went for a walk in the evening along the river & found the most impressive graffiti covered walls in a derelict quayside area. There were literally hundreds of empty spray cans & paint pots littering the area. Amazing & weird designs covered hundreds of yards of old walls.
