Chopped challenge! Fresh salmon

I loved the Northern California coast. It is scattered with towns and villages that are so quaint and inviting. I'm so glad we got to experience this. And now, we finally crossed the border!! Oregon! We picked a campsite just as we made it to Oregon called Harris Beach State Park. This was a great campground with our site overlooking the ocean. The showers were so nice (free), hot and had separate private changing areas. There was a small laundromat and trails. Chris went on a run while I did some campground cooking! We bought great produce at a farmers market in California. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was so quiet and peaceful. A tent site here was only $15 night. Next stop?! Well, we don't know yet!! The rain is coming...
