We appear to be pert campers!

Biscuits for breakfast

We made it to our next camp site, Morro Bay State Park which is in San Luis Obispo, CA, about 250 miles south of San Francisco. The site here was $35 for a tent-no electric- but each site had a fire pit, picnic table and food storage locker. The restrooms were very clean and you could shower for $0.50. Being the 'savvy' campers we are, we were able to charge our electronics and stream netflix via our power inverter. We met a couple that was traveling from Oregon down the coast and they were just a few campsites down. Becky gave us great information on some areas we should check out as we continue up north. They are retired schoolteachers and we exchanged numbers to keep in touch and possibly meet up with them again when we make it to Oregon. I love meeting people along the way who are willing to share their experiences with us. Our next destination is Big Sur!
