The 4 Man Wolfpack travel blog

We went for a delicious dinner at the crab shack. Brett and I had surf n turf, a lovely piece of NY steak with a lobster tail on it. Really nice. Also had a shrimp cocktail and crab dip. It was one of the best meals we have had. Purchased another 6 pack for 6.50 and a 6 pack of stollies for 8.99.

Our room at the Hampton was nice, overlooked the pool and water and very new and tidy. Breakfast was included in price as has been the case with most hotels we have stayed at which has made it cheaper.

The next morning we were up early to enjoy the day before it got too hot. We drove to Berlin which was a lovely small town 10 miles from ocean city. It is Home to approximately 4,500 residents, Berlin offers a historic community, known for its beautiful Victorian architecture, a strong environmental stewardship ethic, and is filled with many arts and entertainment venues. Berlin is known for being “historically charming and artistically alive.” It was a charming town and we had yet another little shop.

We headed back to the hotel for a relax by the pool while it was really hot. It was nice to take a break.

We spent the afternoon perusing the boutiques and surf shops

That evening when it had cooled down we caught the bus to the boardwalk and wandered through the crowds. It was pretty busy, yet another pizza was consumed and we tried our first buffalo wings which were really nice. next on the list was to sample salt water taffy and ice cream followed that before we took a taxi home.
