Eiffel Tower at night from the sun deck

Twinkle Lights

Packed up ready to leave the apartment and before we can get out 3 women arrive for their stay. Hope they didn't want to nap,or shower as the cleaning lady hadn't arrived yet.

Rainy day so hung around the ship lounge and after lunch headed over to the Eiffel Tower which can be seen from the boat and is about a 15 minute walk. The afternoon ended up to be beautiful and sunny. Not too many people at the tower, probably because it is the first Sunday of the month and they are at all of the free museums!

Walked around the area as we have not been here. Found an ice cream store and indulged ourselves. Back to the boat.

Able to check into our cabin. Apparently my soft bag sat in a puddle as it was wet and so were a lot of my clothes. Did he hang by an open window and use the hair dryer method for drying.

We are cruising with an older crowd and have found no Jackie & Gary or Pete & Ali.

After dinner went up on the sun deck to watch the twinkle lights come on on the Eiffel Tower for the first 5 minutes of the hour! We have of view of the mini Statue of Liberty, well a portion of the back, outside our window.

Tomorrow is Montmartre for us and our last day in Paris.
