A fast train to Paris from Reims only took 45 minutes the day is nice with lots of sunshine and warm, after getting to our hotel for the next 2 nights we are off for a walk about part of the city, The Notre-Dame this is the spot where the kilometre start everything in France is measured from here, on the walk around the outside of the Louvre, the the long walk to the Arc de Triomphe and to the top, making it a long day with lots of walking but is such a nice day, forecast for tomorrow is rain. Back to hotel and then out for a bit of dinner and off to bed. On 1st Nov it is very overcast and looks like it could rain, but just a couple small showers during the day. A walk about the city and to the top of Notre-Dame was a very long line, cold and windy on top but very nice view. Last night dinner with the group and a walk to see the Eiffel tower all lite up at night a stop for a beer on the way to hotel and then off to bed, ending day 2 in Paris.
