Yesterday we drove from Sequoia National Park in California to Lake Havasu City in Arizona. It was a long ride(about 7 hours) and we were all very tired when we got here. We were also very happy with our hotel. We have some very nice rooms and the people are very nice. We went to get something to eat, did a little sight seeing of the London Bridge and then rested.
Today we walked on the boardwalk near the London Bridge and then took a Ferry across the Lake to a Casino on the California side. For the first time since we have been on the road, we came out a little bit ahead. It felt good to finally win, even if it was just a little.
We had plans to take a boat tour on the Lake tonight, but because of uncertain weather, it was cancelled. Not sure what we may do instead.
Tomorrow, we leave Lake Havasu for Flagstaff. We will be there three nights and visit Sedona and the Grand Canyon.
