| We headed out from Shirley's old stompin' grounds after a nice breakfast with Shirley's Aunt Leona and drove a relatively short distance to Friendship NY. Our Decatur GA. next door neighbors Billy and Linda have a "camp" here. I tell you this doesn't look like "camp" to me. A beautiful home in a great setting. They come up here summers and Billy comes back to hunt in the fall when deer season opens. We had a nice gathering yesterday of two couples who live nearby. It is hard to actually be near by when you have 70 acres! We had spaghetti last night with honest to goodness venison meatballs. Nice and relaxing here except when Billy took me 4 wheelin' through the woods. Quite a ride. Lot's of good things happening Tuesday. We will be leaving Wednesday morning after spending 26 days in New York State. Who-da thunk it. Enjoy the pics. |
