Ry had spent time in Brisbane when he visited Aaron there a few years ago, but found it even more appealing this time around. It is a really nice sized city that is very clean and organized. We stayed near the city center and were able to walk everywhere quite comfortably. We spent both of our evenings at Kangaroo Point, a very nicely done park with rock climbing. There were free barbecues there that we took full advantage of both evenings and Ry got in some good bouldering. We checked out the Queensland museum and an art gallery as well. Also spent time on the south bank of the river checking out their swimming lagoon and nicely developed public area. Took a ride out and back on the citycat, their fast catamaran ferry.
