Bora Bora 2

Even Paradise can be wet and this morning we woke to cloudy skies so decided that after breakfast we would catch the water taxi on to the island to the village and look at the shops.

Not too much to get excited about especially when looking at prices. Christine liked the look of a skirt and top in one shop which I also thought looked nice until I saw the price which was about GBP4-500. Needless to say it went back on the rack.

The afternoon was again spent on the balcony and in the lagoon before we decided to go back to the island for dinner in the evening as the hotel prices were quite steep.

Had a glorious meal which was amongst the best of the holiday so far right on the waterfront and viewing a schooner and cruise ship in for the day and the sunset was good too. I'd left my camera at the hotel so you'll have to take my word for it.

Too much chocolate dessert meant a restless night so decided to get up and watch the fish under the chalet bungalow lit from the glass viewing table in the middle of the room.
