We arrived at Rockhampton with plenty of time to chill out for a few hours before heading out to the Crocodile farm.
The croc farm was awesome, they had over three thousand crocs there. We had a look around the shop etc and then sat down for croc chowder (Gemma didn't try that one!)I did was like cream of chicken soup, quite nice. Then we went out to have a look at some of the crocs in the dark... the mosquitos were out in force and everyone for bitten... they were laughing at our bug spray I think (it doesn't work!!).
After that we went back to try croc on a stick! Gemma did try that one, it wasn't all that nice, just tasted like fishy chicken...or Pork maybe?! Yeah tasted like pork was nice but the skewer was enough! then main course of steak or fish - rockhampton is famous for its steak and rightly so, very tasty!!
After dinner we got to hold a baby croc which was really cute!
