To save time and spend longer in Luang Prabang; I flew Lao Airlines to Bangkok, arriving at the new airport with the unpronounceable name 11:am. The flight was smooth in a newest airplane of unknown ( probably Chinese build) Booked into the ReEx hotel Sukamvit road; a decent if slightly out of date hotel on the sky train Route.
The Very nice Mr Warin at Fuji Thailand; gave some useful answers to some queries on my new Fuji S5 Pro Camera. Once again Fuji have demonstrated to me fantastic service and assistance justifying my continual enthusiasm for the brand. Met up with Don Gilliland of Dasa Book Café; with a lot of stories about Burma and his visit there.
Ayutthaya a trip out to the Ancient city. a whistle-stop tour but some great monuments and a few unique pictures to follow.
