Spoonbills Feed Among the Oysters by the Dock

We arrived after hectic leaving Msla...always last minute stuff which takes longer than expected...had to clean house and check in the tenant, store the car on blocks, move last stuff into storage. We got out half hour later than expected but Todd made it up and to the airport in Spokane on time. Flew out at 8:30 pm and arrived via Seattle/Houston in Jacksonville at 10:45 am!!! No problem with finding the SleepInn A.Carol set us up in...Big THANK YOU to her! Only a few blocks from Bill & Amy's home near historic fort and Old(est) Town St. Augustine...on an inlet off the coast on Anastasia Island, oyster beach, egrets, spoonbills, sailboats, palms, beautiful being remodelled home (tho we thought it just fine the way it is) and wonderful hospitality and conversation with A.Carol,Amy,& kids - Zack,Rachel, & Olivia plus yellow lab Contessa(truely a princess of a dog!).

After a beautiful day yesterday, today(29th) dawns on rain. All but myself sleep in having travelled on adrenalin yesterday...I went to bed early knowing I'd want the free continental breakfast, ha!
