April 21-25th - Siem Reap, Cambodia

Hi ... we have safely landed in Cambodia after a relaxing week on Phu Quoc Island.

Man is it hot here ... easily 40 degrees. On the tuk tuk ride from airport to hotel (10kms) felt like someone had a HUGE hot hairdryer on us.

Siem Reap is a landing spot for all of us tourists who have flocked here to see the Angkor Wat ruins. There is a jungle of hotels, restaurants and shops here to suit all tastes. The food was excellent and the beers cold ... and that's all that matters most....right?

We spent 2 days in a hired tuk tuk (motorbike with a covered carriage on the back) to take us around the ruins ... a great investment ($12/day).

There is so much history and stuff to say about these amazing temples of Angkor, that we are going to leave it to you to research or come here on your own for a visit. Our photos are just a small taste of what we saw (for those of you that want the full 9 hour slide show, we will be offering it every Tuesday evening starting August ... free popcorn).
