MacKintosh Family's Great Australian Adventure travel blog

Made a quick stop in Wollongong for a quick surgical procedure to remove a skin cancer that had popped up, literally. It was something that started and kept growing at a rapid rate and so with a little pushing from Anna and the kids I had it checked out in Port Macquarrie. They did a biopsy and to my surprise called me when we were in Sydney to say that it had come back positive and needed to be removed. Obviously this provided a little challenging as we are on the move but after a few phone calls we arranged to have it done in Wollongong. So now it's gone and hopefully that will be the end of that. Onward to Canberra.
