|We got up this morning and headed for Blarney Castle right away. An amazing castle! You have to walk up these very narrow winding staircases to get up to the top where you can kiss the blarney stone. As you all should know kissing the blarney stones is said to give you the gift of the gab. A little old man is sitting there and holds on to you while you lay down with your head and half your body hanging over the edge as you have be upside down to kiss the stone. Fun!
Had lunch in a Cahir in County Tipperary. Soccer is so important in this country that the match was on tv in all the pubs rather then the ryder cup! We then made our way back to the lovely city of Dublin.
Mom, Dad, Crystal and I headed over to Pat and Dianne's (Dad's cousin) for dinner. Mom and dad were staying with them for the night. Pat drove me and Crystal to a laundromat just so we could get our laundry done. Thanks Pat!!
Dianne made an amazing stew for us for dinner. We visited with them for the night before Crystal and I headed back to our hostel which we thought was fully booked up for the night but found out that we had an 8 bed dorm room all to ourselves. It was soooo nice!
