From Hanoi we flew back to Malaysia to take in the jungles of Taman Negara and the East coast (since it wasn't flooded with torrential downpour this time).
It was quite amusing to see how much we had matured or learned over our five monthes in S.E. Asia because instead of paying $20 each for a guesthouse (like we did our first time through Kuala Lumpur), we found a way cooler place (Le Village for any one going to KL)for $8 each! I guess it wasn't the first time we noticed locals preying on nieve travellers!
Couple days back in Kuala Lumpur then took off to Taman Negara to do some hiking and hang out one last time in a little village. Nice place, soo much to do there if you want to be outside. Our greatest sighting was a 4ft monitor lizard that luckily didnt care too much that we were spying on him. Did a Canopy walk through thick forest that was 45 meters high and 510 meters long. After Taman Negara we decided that our best option would be to go spend some serious time on a beach. No more messin around. It was beach time!
