After reading about the history of Bokor National Park, I couldn't help but rent a motorbike and head up for a few days. Originally built as a tourist attraction for the emperial French, this site has been bombed, burned and rebuilt several times. (Rumor has it the South Korean's have a contract to rebuild the old Casino and Hotel.

I don't have all the specs on the acreage but, there are said to be wild elephants and tigers deep within the interior. Tourists are not allowed due to land minds, poachers, drug runners and illegal loggers all of which are equally dangerous.

My month in Cambodia was amazing and I'll be back!
