I can't say why or how but the last 3 weeks has gone quickly and we've covered a lot of ground. We were in Kuala Lumpur till January 3rd. We spent New Years at the hostel then out on the town w/some Sweeds we met. KL Square was crazy on New Years, Packed, 3 sets of fireworks from different corners and everywhere you moved you got sprayed with canned snow.

KL was really just a big city like so many others. We spent a day and took the city bus to the Batu Caves (a Muslim temple) inside a huge Limestone cave. Spent another day in Chinatown drooling over the amazing art and clothes that wouldn't fit into our packs. On the 3rd we left for Cameron Highlands (6 hour bus that truely called for Gravol), Middle of Western Malaysia @ 1500M elevation. Rained everyday for a couple hours but a nice change. Did a hike through one of the jungles to one of the Tea Plantations and checked out some crazy Bug / Lizzard farm. CH was a pretty quiet, hang out and 'be' kind of place.
