2014 Summer Adventure - TN, KY, WV, VA, NY, New England |
Welcome to our summer 2014 trip journal! This summer we will once again travel to many different part of our beautiful country. We will begin by soaking up the music scene in Nashville, and then we'll head east to do some motorcycle riding in Kentucky and West Virginia. We do not really have a firm itinerary for this summer's journey, although we do know we will be in Sandwich, MA(on Cape Cod)in late July to celebrate my parents' 70th wedding anniversary and have a BIG family reunion! That gives us the rest of the summer to ramble and roam to visit friends, family and see more of the USA. We think we will visit Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine - and eventually wind our way back to our winter base place "near da beach" in lower Alabama.
