Looking from ground level

Another day in Seattle. We drove back downtown to visit the Space Needle, something everyone related to in Seattle. There was a large crowd at the space needle, which is located in Seattle Center, today because of extra vendors and spring break is still going on. There were long lines to ride to the top but being a cripple we were moved to the front of the line. Guess it does pay off sometimes. We took the ride up but they have you stop on the second level to have your picture taken, at no cost. That is something different, take our picture and not charge. We arrived at the top and what a view as you see in the pictures we took. You can see for miles. Mt Rainier is so clear from there plus you see Mt Baker and the Cascades Mountains with all the snow at the peaks. It was a great view. After a couple of hours we descended back to ground level so Candy had her picture taken with Darth Vader and a storm trooper. We drove around a little bit in downtown Seattle but the traffic was crazy so we returned to the motorhome for the evening. That was about all of our excitement for the day. Tomorrow we need to go back downtown so Candy can do her Segway tour of the downtown. If there is Segway on any town we are in, Candy will be on them.
