USA RV Park

Olde but goody

Another olde

Moving day, time to leave Gallup New Mexico and head for Albuquerque New Mexico for the next stop on this journey. Plan is to spend two nights here, then head for Santa Fe to meet Dawn and Mike for the weekend. Had a nice drive here with the wind pushing us, good gas mileage. We did make a stop half way so Candy could visit another gift shop. This one was out in the middle of nowhere so we stopped. She went in and came out saying it was very nice and the prices were not that bad. It also had a Dairy Queen inside, which out here Dairy Queen is all over the place.

We pulled into the campground to find out that they rent vintage RV’s to people to spend a night. As you see by the pictures, they are oldies but goodies. When you rent one it has dishes, linen, and all you need is yourself, kind of a different concept. We called it quits for the day after this.
