Another good day so we headed out once more to the Pembrokeshire coast, this time to the National Trust Stackpole Estate. From Stackpole Head we walked along the cliff tops around the headland to Stackpole Quay before heading inland. We then explored what remained of the old Stackpole Mansion and returned to the car via the Bosherston Lily Ponds, three reed fringed fingers of water created in the late 18th century for course fishing.

It had been a long but very variable walk which we all enjoyed.
