A steep climb out of the canyon

Our last look out from where we came. What a trip!

It was a crazy night, but survived and woke to another beautiful day. Sharon treated us to bacon, pancakes & sliced peaches. Yummy! What a great start to the day. I took a walk with the camera out across the white rim out in front on the campground and found a spectacular view of the river down below. Day 3 lies ahead of us and we are full of excited anticipation. Today we followed the Green River for a good part of the trip. We enjoyed another big climb up out of the canyon. Drove thru a wide wash out to Taylor C.G. to see Moses & Zeus. It was the best road we traveled on during this trip. Back out to the main trail and down the road along the Green River until we got to our turn to make our way up the switch backs to the end of the trail. What a view looking back down from where we had been.

It is hard to believe that day 3 of our journey is over. What an experience! We can't thank Bill, Sharon & Joyce enough for asking us a year ago to join them on this adventure. It was such a pleasure to have shared it all with them. What great memories and awesome friends!

We know there are a lot of pictures to view for the White Rim post, sorry. I took 1,248 pics over the 3 days. After reviewing and deleting we got it narrowed down to about 600. It was hard to decided what to post. We hope you enjoy the pictures of our adventure.
