|We've been in Sequim (pronounced skwim) for almost a month. Our new address is 1045 S. 3rd Ave #33 Sequim, WA 98382. We will be keeping our cells for a little while longer.
We've moved into a condo, plugged into a church (Dungeness Community Church) and started a business: N2 Solutions. You can pronounce it N squared or into Solutions. Pretty cool huh? Charles will be doing Microsoft Office Training and I will be helping people organize their photos then transfer them from paper to a digital format. Charles has already plugged into the senior center. He is volunteering once a week helping people with computer stuff. He will hold training classes and help people individually. We have one business with two services for the same clientele: Aging, downsizing, away from their families, active in their community and volunteerism and wanting to stay sharp and in touch with the world.
Organizing my mom's photos and putting them on digital photo frames for the family was the best gift I ever gave and I love adding more to my own. It's sitting on my desk right now and I'm viewing the pictures from our going away party at Elizabeth's. Thank you for loving us so much! Thank you for being part of this amazing adventure and quest!
The motor home is in the shop getting a tune up. It was such a great vehicle for us during these last 5 months. We will be selling it so if any of you want to come visit and drive it home, let us know.
The women's bible study is huge! Over 100 women - I'm one of the youngest. There are about 300 congregants and more children than I expected. The women's ministry is vibrant with 7 leaders so I am going to teach Sunday School. I know, crazy huh? I will be teaching 3 and 4 year olds. Pray for me. I have no idea what I'm doing!
In the next few days I will journal about my overall experience these last 5 months. God is so good and we had the most amazing time together. In some ways it's sad it's over, but Charles and I (and Lucas) are ready to keep our feet on solid ground and invest in people long term.
Love to you all!
