The resort has a huge Clubhouse we heard was unused.

Today we crossed the Mississippi into Missouri to head to our membership resort. We encountered more bluffs and forests as well as farms. We passed through the Capitol of Missouri, Jefferson, and could see the capitol dome from many angles.

Back into the rural farming areas, we saw many small cemeteries, farm equipment on the small roads and cattle.

The GPS took us over some unusual roads, don’t know if there was a better way but we were on small gravel roads taking us to lord knows where. Upon arrival we saw that this is an out of the way resort for the city people. The members come here to get away and to fish.

It was a very busy place and there are many cabins as well as RV sites. They put us way out in the boonies on a hill far away from any amenities (clubhouse, pool etc). It was thickly wooded with tall trees (no satellite reception), we found there to be NO Verizon cell coverage and of course no WiFi. Finding this park to be NOT to our liking, we WILL be leaving tomorrow.
