|Today was a day of preventative maintenance on the trailer, laundry, organization and discovery. We found a new restaurant/dive that fits our requirements. Don't look like much, but the food is really good. The butcher at one of our stops earlier in the week told us about it and he was right on. Linda had shrimp and some alligator and frog legs appeared on my plate. Chicken on the Bayou is definitely worth a stop for any tourist, but it was filled with locals.
