The Capper Nomads Europe Adventure travel blog

After a day of rest in Salamanca we decided we would cover the miles and travel to St Jean de Luz in France (289 miles). There was a strong wind but it was a lovely sunny day. When we had travelled this route down the weather had been wet and misty. As we got nearer to the Pyrenees the scenery changed from boring plains to stunning mountain vistas.

We arrived at the campground we had used before in St Jean de Luz and quickly got set up. We plan to stay for three nights and then head north again.
