The Capper Nomads Europe Adventure travel blog

We all needed a good walk and the weather although cloudy looked as if it would remain dry so we headed out to the nearby village of Luz. According to our guide book there was a cliff top walk to Lagos from the village although the start was a steep climb up to an obelisk on the hill above the village.

The path was good high on the cliffs above the ocean. The path remained good until we got beyond Porto do Mos and then it disappeared steeply down the cliff. We decided to turn back not only because of the path but the weather was starting to look a bit iffy. By the time we got back to Luz it started to rain. Good timing.

A good walk which we all enjoyed.
