Ice that fell off the slide out this morning when I pulled...

Elk and turkey at Welcome Center Smokey Mountains

Great Smokey Mountains

Smokey Mountains

We packed up to leave today and as I was pulling the slide outs in I heard a crash like window breaking, I ran outside and it was ice coming off the slide out, good thing Buddy wasn't underneath it. We left this morning around 8:30 it was 32 degrees, we drove through the Smokey Mountains as it was better than going all the way around, the traffic wasn't to bad so it wasn't as bad as I anticipated. We traveled Hwy 441 all day, stopped for lunch at Arby's and got fuel in Eatonton at Walmart paying $2.26 a gallon, we saw it for $2.13 but could not get the rig in there. We traveled 276 miles today arriving back in Georgia around 3:30, and it got up to 61 degrees, I made BLT's for dinner. This will probably be my last journal as we don't have internet here, if Buddy or TJ kill anything I will try to post. I hope everyone enjoyed our trip with us we had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.
