Marc & Lisy's little adventure travel blog

The Guinness truck, always a welcome sight!

Grafton St, this is the most famous of Dublin's shopping streets.

Clearly Marc has a one track mind!

Kilkenny Castle, in Kilkenny about 2 hours south of Dublin.

A little self portrait in St Stephen's Green, Dublin.

The gardens in St Stephen's Green were really well tended.

More St Stephen's

Our last stop in Europe was to Ireland. This country has a much different feel than any of the countries on the European Continent. To us it was much more like the US. People were extremely friendly, and the Guinness was very good!

Typical for Ireland, the weather was not great, but it was still enjoyable. Dublin is a thriving city with a huge population of young people. There are beautiful parks, some interesting sights, and plenty of pubs!
