Patti & Kevin Coughlin's travels travel blog

Headed west from our campground to Windsor NS. Toured the Haliburton Museum and the Hockey Museum. Small museums in the same building. The Hockey museum says that this was the birthplace of hockey. The town of Windsor was having a world wide town crier competition. We stopped in town, had some ice cream and watched for a while. Found a Winery to visit, did some tasting and buying. We looked around at the low tides, part of the Bay of Fundy which has some of the highest tidal changes in the world. We went out to a small harbor on the west coast of Nova Scotia to watch the tide come in. It is interesting to watch the difference in tides.
