Gabu High Street

Gabu was just an overnight stop on route from Guinea-Bissau to Guinea, another non-descript town with more missionaries and NGO workers than tourists. When the minibus dropped us at the gare routiere outside of town the driver and his mate asked where we were going and told us to get back into the bus, they drove us to the centre and led us to the hotel. When they asked for money for helping I sent them to see The Hong Koreans as I was sick of them not paying their way, naturally they sent the guys packing without a penny.
